1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

    2. PROCESSING TIME

    Orders are processed within 5 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

     

    3. CANCELLATIONS

    After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

     

    4.RETURNS

    Returns for damaged goods will be accepted if the package is inspected within 72 hours; however, the responsibility lies with the customer and the shipper. We will help assist with filing the claim if the procedures outlined in the WRITTEN RETURN AND REFUND (insert link) policy are followed.  A refund will be provided only if the claim is approved, as we are not responsible for the actions of the shipping carrier.  Returns will not be given for sterilized products that have been opened and not within the time frame as per stated in the WRITTEN RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (instert link).  Orders that were sent the wrong items will be promptly replaced provided pictures are sent of the wrong items received.  Items that are contaminated will be refunded if within the guidelines of the WRITTEN RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (insert link).

     

    5. DELAYED ORDERS

    In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

     

    6. DAMAGED ORDERS

    MidWest Fresh Mushrooms is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider but ultimately it is the customers responsibility to file a claim.  

    7.  SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

    - Orders can be shipped to P.O. boxes, but it does cost more to ship to a P.O. box. 

    The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air-transportation in the US. As such, any authorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
